Their Service Department is excellent. The Honda dealership in Lee's Summit was going to charge me $300 more for 100,000 mile service. I asked them if it was strictly the Honda recommended 100, 000 mile service and they said yes. I looked at the manual and the Honda Dealership didn't hike up the price. They are reliable and honest. The Service writers are very professional and they have excellent techs working on your car. A shout out to Jerry for his outstanding customer service. Thank you for treating customers with honesty and integrity.
I had an awesome experience. Salvatore was very helpful and offered water to keep hydrated from the heat. Answered the questions when asked. Derek was also awesome in helping with answering questions. Overall, great atmosphere and staff.
Austin from Honda of Olathe did an outstanding job helping my daughter and I purchase a new Honda Civic. I was impressed with how polite and professional Austin was during our car buying experience. Went to visit Honda of Olathe on Saturday 06/13/19, looking for something more modern and wanting to replace my fifteen year old Saturn Ion, and due to Honda’s 0 down lease promotion. Being a women, I never quite know how I will be treated at a car dealership but Trent who was my salesman and Anthony in finance were very personable and helpful (so yes, you can send your daughters here), especially Trent who was having to spend so much time out in the heat. To make a long story shorter, I ended up leasing a 2019 Accord and they made the process very, very easy. I will be back.
