A rating of poor for this dealership is too high. They get an F-. This dealer is dishonest and corrupt. We signed a contract agreement and paid them a $500 security deposit to purchase a 2017 Honda CR-V. We offered to pay the entire purchase price by personal check, but they insisted we get a cashier's check from our bank. There was also a door ding that needed repair and they would call us when the repair was made and we could pay with our cashier's check then. Chris and Carson were fantastic and easy to work with. The process at Honda of Olathe is straight forward and low pressure. Prices and fees (no fees!) are extremely transparent. The certified used Honda warranty is also a great value.

I had a sales person help me out a lot i think his name was Selden, he went above and beyond and even though i was struggling to find a car i liked he was able to find one that best suited me even though it was at the subaru dealership down the road which is i guess their sister dealer. The customer service at honda was great i highly recommend going through selden. The customer service at subaru however...awful.

We came to Honda of Olathe after purchasing a car from Carmax for our teenager. Ended up returning that vehicle because the cost was way over asking and found that Honda of Olathe was asking an extremely reasonable price for their used vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the ease of our purchase and our experience. We've had the vehicle for 3 weeks and so far so good. The employees were top notch and pleasant all around. Went here to buy a 2020 Kia Soul since I’m a longtime Kia fan/owner. Everyone was respectful and friendly throughout the whole process. Their salesmen don’t work on commission so no pressuring happens. Everything was a pleasant experience from start to finish of the buying process and even afterwards.
