I had a good talk with the service manager everything is really good plus how I was waiting I talked about a new Honda with a man named Troy he was very good to talk to and you're going to have my business for a lot longer.

Everyone there puts customer service and building relationships first. They spent as much time interacting with our kids as they did us. The facility is amazing. The kids liked the snack bar. I purchased a Honda CR-V from Honda of Olathe in December of 2018 and I am very happy with the purchase and the staff. Auggie was the one who sold me my car and he is just great. He did not make any assumptions about my knowledge of the car and pointed out all the features of the CR-V and even had me test them out for myself during the test drive. It was very obvious that he is very proud of the cars they're selling and his excitement about the car got me very excited as well. Anthony from financing was also great. He did a great job of explaining all the paperwork we were signing and was very helpful throughout the whole process.
I brought my Honda Odyssey in to have a full service oil change and to have a noise looked at. I was immediately greeted by David in the service department. He listened to my explanation of the noise and took me seriously, he got me checked in and then got me a shuttle ride to my work. Soon after arriving to work I received a text message from David letting me know I could reach out to him if I had any questions during the service visit. David communicated throughout the process and let me know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The visit couldn’t have gone any better and the service was reasonably priced. Some of the other highlights of the visit are listed below. - got to pull into a heated garaged area to meet with the service department and drop off my car- vehicle was washed and looked great when I picked it up- piece of mind that certified Honda technicians worked on my car- excellent customer service from beginning to end
